Audemars Piguet seeks an Assistant Boutique Director in Aspen, CO to support boutique operations, client experience, and team leadership in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Director in driving daily operations, sales performance, profitability targets, and KPIs while maintaining an elevated luxury client experience across all touchpoints
- Lead on the sales floor by cultivating meaningful client relationships through exceptional service, heritage storytelling, and client development whilst coaching the team to achieve business objectives
- Champion a deep understanding of the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, values, and luxury service standards in all client and team interactions
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, onboarding, accountability, and team member development
- Oversee day-to-day operational execution, boutique presentation, security procedures, vendor coordination, inventory integrity, compliance requirements, and adherence to brand standards
- Manage the complete after-sales service and repair process, including client intake, repair estimates, timelines, and service recommendations whilst ensuring an exceptional client experience
- Assist in managing parts ordering and availability, coordinate boutique supply replenishment, and oversee weekly and monthly watch and parts inventory counts, reconciliations, and reporting
- Act as Boutique Director in their absence to ensure business continuity, operational rigor, team leadership, CRM excellence, client retention strategies, and successful execution of boutique initiatives and events
Qualifications
- 3–5 years' experience in high-end luxury retail with a demonstrated passion for craftsmanship, luxury storytelling, and client engagement
- Proven expertise in CRM, clientele development, and relationship management with a track record of building long-term, high-value client relationships
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including coaching, mentoring, onboarding, and developing high-performing teams
- Strong business acumen with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing boutique operations, inventory control, after-sales service, repair administration, and operational compliance within a luxury retail environment (preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently manage sensitive client situations and cross-functional partnerships
- High level of ownership, accountability, attention to detail, and adaptability within a fast-paced luxury environment
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and boutique events as business needs require
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of progressive experience in high-end luxury retail, encompassing client-facing roles and operational responsibilities. Prior experience demonstrating CRM expertise, inventory management, and team leadership within a luxury environment is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in business, hospitality, retail management, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 per annum.
