Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily packaging, preparation, and scheduling of shipments and order fulfillment

  • Monitor compliance with Risk & Compliance guidelines and security protocols throughout all operations
  • Communicate with customers regarding receipt of service files, maintenance requests, and orders
  • Organize customer follow-ups and coordinate product collection and pick-up scheduling
  • Coordinate repair timelines with the Service Centre and track service progression
  • Conduct monthly inventory counts for service watches and component parts
  • Generate regular sales reports and provide administrative support for invoicing, deposits, and tax-free processing
  • Manage transverse administrative and logistics operations including cash management, document archiving, supply ordering, and vendor coordination

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations
  • Demonstrable experience within the luxury goods sector
  • Fluent in French and English; Serbian or Croatian is advantageous
  • Strong commercial communication skills with subsidiaries, retailers, and end consumers
