Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, and modify 3D measurement programs for new and existing products
- Perform aesthetic and dimensional controls on movement components
- Analyze measurement results and identify non-conformities
- Execute administrative procedures related to quality deviations and propose solutions in collaboration with relevant departments
- Ensure compliance with and drive continuous improvement of workshop self-inspection protocols
Qualifications
- Training or certification in quality management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the watch-making industry
- Proficiency with Zeiss and OGP three-dimensional measurement machines
- Strong command of MS Office and quality control software platforms
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (GPAO)
- Familiarity with Ellistat software is advantageous
- Rigorous and proactive approach to quality procedures
