Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, intuitive, and personalized service that enhances guest wellness experiences
- Provide professional fitness guidance and instruction tailored to guests' individual goals and needs
- Conduct fitness assessments and support guests with personalized training recommendations
- Monitor and maintain fitness facilities, equipment cleanliness, and organization to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
- Support daily operations of fitness and wellness facilities to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and health standards within fitness areas
- Collaborate closely with wellness teams and other departments to support integrated guest experiences
- Assist in developing fitness programs, wellness activities, and seasonal offerings
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism and care
- Support onboarding and guidance for guests using fitness facilities and wellness services
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience as a yoga instructor or similar wellness role
- Advanced business-level Japanese proficiency (CEFR C1 or higher)
- Conversational-level English proficiency (CEFR A2 or higher)
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic PC skills including MS Office and typing
