Aman Tokyo seeks experienced Spa Therapist with CIDESCO license; luxury wellness role in Tokyo, Japan with international career opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional spa and wellness treatments in accordance with Aman brand standards, guest preferences, and health protocols
- Maintain guest history profiles and ensure guest recognition, customer delight, and retention on a daily basis
- Maximize spa and wellness revenue by conducting informed upsells of available treatments and wellness sessions
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and relaxation areas
- Manage replenishment of guest amenities and linens in treatment spaces
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all available treatments, movement sessions, and promotional offerings
- Demonstrate full familiarity with guest rooms, hotel outlets, operational systems, and spa equipment
- Embody the Aman Flamework through alignment with brand ambition, purpose, pillars, values, and competencies
- Attend daily morning briefings and spa department briefings to ensure information sharing and operational alignment
- Utilize and develop communication channels for effective information dissemination across spa, wellness, and hotel departments
Qualifications
- CIDESCO official license or equivalent internationally recognized aesthetic certification
- Degree or diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a therapist or aesthetician
- Verbal proficiency in both English and Japanese
- Strong interpersonal and guest relations skills
- Physical capability to perform treatments and work extended hours
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team

Experience
Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a therapist or aesthetician in a luxury hospitality environment is required, with demonstrated expertise in guest-centric service delivery, treatment execution, and operational excellence.
Education
Degree or diploma in any discipline. CIDESCO official license or equivalent international aesthetic certification is mandatory.
