Welcome Team Agent at Amanvari in Los Cabos, Mexico | Luxury resort hospitality role requiring 2 years' experience and fluency in English and Spanish.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create warm, personalized, and effortless arrival experiences with genuine hospitality and attention to detail
- Receive, handle, transport, and deliver guest luggage with care, efficiency, and discretion
- Accompany and escort guests to accommodations, providing clear guidance on resort facilities and amenities
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively respond to requests with thoughtful, personalized assistance
- Coordinate and support guest transportation services to ensure punctual and comfortable experiences
- Attend to special requests and coordinate with Guest Services and other departments for seamless follow-up
- Receive, safeguard, and deliver guest correspondence, packages, and personal belongings with discretion
- Maintain constant communication with Guest Services regarding guest arrivals, departures, preferences, and special needs
- Maintain vehicles, arrival areas, lobby, and porte-cochère to impeccable ultra-luxury standards
- Bid farewell to guests in a warm and personalized manner, creating a memorable final impression
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or equivalent (or completed high school)
- 2 years of previous experience as a bellboy or welcome team agent in luxury hotel operations
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish
- Flexibility with work schedule changes
