Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings with expertise
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages according to established service standards and timing
- Monitor guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Clear and reset tables efficiently between seatings
