Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in accordance with Amanzoe standards and protocols
- Welcome, seat, and attend to guests in a timely, attentive, and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned station and surrounding dining areas
- Assist with efficient table setup, clearing, and resetting throughout service periods
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams regarding guest needs, preferences, and dietary requirements
- Handle guest feedback with grace and escalate issues to management when necessary
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and supportive team environment
Qualifications
- Currently studying or recently graduated with a degree in Hospitality or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English, both written and spoken
- Positive attitude with a professional and guest-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and remain composed in fast-paced situations
- Legal right to live and work in Greece

Previous experience in a similar service role within a luxury hospitality environment is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related discipline.
