Amanzoe seeks an experienced Villa Host to oversee private villa operations and deliver exceptional personalized service to villa owners and guests. Reporting to the Villa Manager, this role encompasses daily operations management, guest services, Food & Beverage coordination, and the maintenance of villas to Aman's exacting standards. The successful candidate will demonstrate anticipatory service delivery, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to discreet, refined hospitality in a prestigious ultra-luxury resort setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily villa operations, ensuring smooth, efficient and discreet service delivery
- Provide exceptional personalized service, anticipating guest needs and addressing them promptly and professionally
- Manage villa preparation and upkeep to Aman standards, ensuring comfort, cleanliness and readiness at all times
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and service execution
- Support Villa Owners and guests throughout their stay, delivering elevated and tailored experiences
- Assist with Food and Beverage service within villas, ensuring high-quality and attentive delivery
- Maintain accurate guest preferences and history to support personalized experiences
- Address guest concerns with tact, efficiency and professionalism
- Ensure adherence to safety and operational policies
Qualifications
- Strong guest relations experience, particularly with high-profile clientele or villa owners
- Solid operational background across both Food and Beverage and Rooms Division
- Previous experience in butler services is an advantage
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages such as French, Italian or Spanish are desirable
- Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
