Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks of the Sports & Recreation Department
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding diving, snorkeling, and water sports opportunities
- Provide comprehensive information about available recreational activities and facilities
- Welcome guests to activities, introduce participants, explain facility rules, and encourage participation
- Coordinate and implement social activities and special events for guests
- Assist the Sports & Recreation Manager in planning, organizing, and evaluating day-to-day activity programs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism Management, Sports and Recreation Management, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sports and recreation, guest activities, or hospitality operations
- Experience with international or luxury hotel brands preferred
- Knowledge of sports and recreational activities, including water sports, snorkeling, and diving
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
