Amandari luxury resort in Ubud, Indonesia seeks an experienced Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional wellness treatments and personalized guest services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consult with guests to identify individual wellness objectives, preferences, and specific needs, recommending appropriate treatments and services
- Clearly articulate available à la carte treatment options, procedures, benefits, and comprehensive aftercare guidance
- Recommend and present spa products and services tailored to each guest's distinct needs and preferences
- Execute all branded and non-branded spa treatments in strict adherence to established procedures and standards
- Observe spa reception protocols and treatment-room procedures before, during, and after each service
- Deliver professional spa treatments with consistent quality, safety, and confidence to established standards
- Document treatment details and communicate relevant guest feedback to the Spa Reception team
- Complete daily opening and closing procedures and all required checklists
- Prepare treatment rooms, changing areas, linens, equipment, and products according to luxury standards
- Anticipate guest requirements and provide attentive, discreet, and personalized service throughout the guest journey
- Respond promptly, professionally, and accurately to all guest requests and concerns
- Maintain exemplary cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in all treatment areas
- Thoroughly sanitize and reset treatment rooms following each service
- Follow treatment schedules, daily assignments, and instructions from the Spa Manager
- Ensure full compliance with hotel policies, health and safety requirements, and spa protocols
- Maintain professional deportment and appearance consistent with Amandari's brand values
- Uphold stringent personal hygiene and grooming standards at all times

Qualifications
- Professional certification in Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy, or equivalent wellness treatment discipline
- 1–3 years of professional experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end wellness environment
- Fluent English-language proficiency
- Exceptional interpersonal and guest-relations capabilities
- Demonstrated expertise in personalized wellness and beauty service delivery
- Professional, warm, and service-oriented temperament with strong discretion
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving guest and operational requirements
- Meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to hygiene and presentation standards

Education
