Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional spa treatments to guests with comprehensive knowledge and refined technical skills
- Present and promote spa products and services with detailed product knowledge
- Conduct personalized spa facility tours for guests
- Provide expert consultation and treatment recommendations tailored to individual guest needs
- Manage and control inventory levels for treatment supplies and retail items
- Maintain spa facilities to the highest hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Facilitate continued spa appointments and guest follow-ups with professional courtesy
- Understand and support all hotel service departments including Rooms and Food & Beverage

Qualifications
- Official international aesthetic license
- 5 years of professional experience as a movement trainer or spa therapist
- Fluent English and Italian language proficiency
- Professional certification in spa therapy or aesthetics
