Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional and personalized spa treatments according to Amanvari's menu, established protocols, and brand quality standards
- Execute a variety of massage techniques and wellness therapies, including Deep Tissue, Thai Massage, Shiatsu, Hot and Cold Stone Therapy, facials, and body treatments, in accordance with certifications and expertise
- Prepare and care for guests before, during, and after treatments, ensuring a safe, comfortable, personalized, and memorable wellness experience
- Ensure punctuality and readiness for every appointment, maintaining treatment rooms, equipment, products, and tools in optimal condition
- Create warm, intuitive, and discreet connections with guests, identifying their needs and adapting services to enhance well-being and relaxation
- Recommend treatments, experiences, packages, and retail products genuinely and personally based on identified guest needs and preferences
- Accurately document treatments performed, guest preferences, and relevant observations while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Maintain treatment rooms and assigned areas to impeccable standards, ensuring proper handling, cleaning, care, and replenishment of all materials
- Collaborate with the spa team and support other operational areas—including reception and retail—to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences
- Represent Amanvari's philosophy and standards with professionalism and discretion, participating in training, meetings, and development activities while mentoring new team members
Qualifications
- Certification in Anatomy and Physiology, CIBTAC, or recognized equivalent qualifications
- Certification in a variety of massage techniques and beauty therapies
- Minimum three years of experience as a therapist in ultra-luxury hotels or high-end spas
- Proficiency in a wide range of massage modalities and specialized spa treatments
- Strong knowledge of spa product lines with ability to provide personalized and effective product recommendations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Opera, and specialized spa reservation systems
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally, warmly, and discreetly with guests from diverse nationalities

Minimum three years of professional experience as a therapist within ultra-luxury hospitality establishments or high-end spa facilities, demonstrating proficiency across multiple treatment modalities and a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Education
Bachelor's degree completed, preferably with specialized technical training in wellness, therapies, or related fields; or university studies currently in progress. Certifications in Anatomy and Physiology and a variety of massage techniques and beauty therapies are required.
