Role & Responsibilities
- Understand and embody Aman Flamework, including Ambition, Purpose, Brand Pillars, Values and Competencies
- Ensure brand protection and delight of all business partners and guests through authentic adherence to Aman culture and standards
- Review and analyze daily revenue and statistical figures to monitor spa performance
- Conduct upselling of treatments and wellness programs to maximize hotel revenue
- Maximize spa and wellness retail profit through strategic product recommendations
- Maintain visible and accessible presence to guests throughout operating hours
- Maintain comprehensive guest history profiles and drive guest recognition, delight and retention on a daily basis
- Ensure proper handling and protection of sensitive guest information
- Act as a role model for exceptional service delivery in every guest interaction
- Actively solicit and incorporate guest feedback to continuously improve services and facilities
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all available treatments, wellness sessions and promotional offerings
- Possess full knowledge of guest rooms, hotel outlets and amenities
- Demonstrate full operational knowledge of spa and wellness systems
- Maintain expertise on Aman Club Tokyo benefits and offerings
Qualifications
- Verbal and written proficiency in English and Japanese
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- Computer literacy and technical proficiency

Skills
Experience
