Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in daily spa reception operations and guest check-in procedures
- Provide guest services support across spa, retail, and ancillary operations
- Support administrative tasks and customer relations initiatives

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Hotel Management programme or related degree
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
- Legally eligible to work in China without visa sponsorship
- Able to commit to a minimum five-month full-time internship beginning January 2027
