Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver Aman signature and other massage, facial, body and beauty treatments in accordance with spa standards and protocols.
• Provide personalized, memorable guest service that enhances satisfaction and loyalty; understand and anticipate guest needs, respond attentively and promptly to requests, and exceed service expectations.
• Supervise and support the spa team in daily operations to maintain smooth service flow and consistent standards.
• Support the Spa Manager with therapist training, performance feedback and skills development; participate actively in training and follow treatment instructions and schedules set by the Spa Manager.
• Monitor treatment-room cleanliness, equipment condition and hygiene in compliance with health and safety standards; clean and reset rooms after each treatment, keep the workstation clean and maintain equipment.
• Use spa products and treatment materials efficiently and store them properly.
• Upsell spa treatments and retail products to contribute to the spa’s financial performance.
• Manage product and treatment-room inventory, replenish stock and order supplies as required.
• Maintain accurate guest records, treatment notes and reports in accordance with spa policy.
• Model company values, grooming standards and professional ethics; maintain personal hygiene, keep the uniform in good condition, and uphold the spa’s image and professional standards.
• Handle guest feedback and promptly report issues or incidents to the Spa Manager.
• Comply with hotel rules and regulations and spa standards.
• Carry out tasks assigned by the manager within the scope of the role and according to skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel, resort or high-end wellness environment.
• Expertise in a wide range of treatments, including massages, body therapies, facials and wellness rituals.
• Fluent in English, with excellent guest service, communication and interpersonal skills, and the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
