Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with clearing tables and maintaining clean front and back of house areas to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Deliver food and beverages to guests according to service standards while maintaining quality and presentation
- Maintain highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene in all food and beverage preparation and service areas
- Demonstrate comprehensive menu knowledge and provide accurate food descriptions to guests as required
- Maintain complete understanding of allergens and standard operating procedures for handling guest allergies
- Stock, polish, and maintain service equipment including silverware, linens, and glassware; replenish side stations throughout service
- Serve as liaison between servers and kitchen staff, ensuring accurate communication of food information and special requests
- Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure proper timing of food delivery and optimal pacing of course service
- Assist with setup and breakdown of tables and side stations according to SOPs, including pre-shift, post-shift, and daily duties
- Maintain friendly and professional demeanor while ensuring guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food and beverage service setting
- TIPS and ServSafe certifications preferred
- Ability to carry, push, and pull heavy loads up to 45 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying environmental conditions including heat, cold, rain, and snow
- Clean and professional appearance in accordance with company policies

Previous experience in a food and beverage setting is required. Candidates should demonstrate proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining attention to detail and guest-centric service standards.
Education
No formal education requirement specified; however, TIPS and ServSafe certifications are advantageous.
