Aman Group seeks experienced Pool Supervisor for Amangiri luxury resort in Utah. Lead pool and beverage teams, manage operations, ensure guest excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily pool operations and direct pool attendants and service staff to deliver personalized guest experiences
- Conduct daily pre-shift meetings, service briefings, and ongoing training aligned with LQA service standards
- Monitor staff grooming, appearance, and professional conduct to maintain Aman brand compliance
- Maintain expert knowledge of food and beverage offerings and support team product knowledge development
- Address guest requests, concerns, and service recovery needs with prompt, attentive service
- Oversee pool deck cleanliness, cabana readiness, towel inventory management, and presentation standards
- Coordinate food and beverage service with kitchen operations, communicating special requests and dietary requirements
- Manage daily staffing assignments, scheduling adjustments, and break coverage to support efficient operations
- Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures, sanitation standards, and emergency response protocols
- Support special events, private functions, and coordinate with Engineering and Housekeeping teams to maintain pool facilities
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a luxury resort, pool, beach club, recreation, or food & beverage environment
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred; TIPS and ServSafe certification required
- Strong understanding of pool safety standards, sanitation requirements, and emergency procedures
- Experience managing outdoor operations in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat
- Knowledge of POS systems and hospitality platforms such as Micros, SevenRooms, and Opera preferred
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, guest recovery, and team development capabilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to meet pre-employment screening requirements

Experience
Previous supervisory experience in a luxury resort, pool, beach club, recreation, or food & beverage environment is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage outdoor operations in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat, is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; ServSafe and TIPS certifications required. CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred.
