Aman Resorts seeks PBX Operator & Reservations at Amangiri, Canyon Point, Utah. Luxury hospitality front office role managing guest communications and reservations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally within three rings
- Determine the nature of inquiries, route calls appropriately, and maintain hold times under 30 seconds
- Maintain awareness of community events and activities to offer informed recommendations to guests
- Communicate guest needs clearly and efficiently with Front Office, Housekeeping, Experience, and Security departments
- Log guest feedback and ensure proper follow-up on complaints or concerns
- Coordinate room changes and guest movements in collaboration with Housekeeping and Bell team
- Monitor and support guest itineraries and activity schedules
- Maintain accurate guest records, including preferences and profiles, in Opera and other property management systems
- Provide timely wake-up calls as requested and track guest needs throughout their stay
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to a positive hotel image
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards
- Physical capability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a luxury hotel front office, guest services, or hospitality reservations environment is preferred. Experience with PBX systems and Opera software is advantageous. Familiarity with high-end hospitality standards and ultra-luxury guest expectations is valuable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further hospitality or customer service certification is preferred but not required.
