Aman seeks an Overnight Kitchen Steward at Amangiri to maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, support overnight guest needs, prepare staff meals, and ready kitchen spaces for morning service. Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, dishware, and workspaces.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machinery and cleaning systems.
- Complete deep-cleaning tasks and follow nightly cleaning schedules.
- Prepare meals for overnight staff and assist with light guest food requests.
- Keep storage areas organized and handle chemicals properly.
