Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily outlet operations and maintain Aman service standards across all assigned facilities
- Support the Food & Beverage Manager and represent the department in meetings and strategic planning
- Prepare accurate reports, correspondence, and comprehensive monthly outlet performance updates
- Assist in developing and implementing food and beverage policies and operational improvements
- Coordinate group dining arrangements, special events, and entertainment experiences for guests
- Ensure outstanding guest service by building relationships, addressing requests promptly, and resolving complaints with care
- Identify opportunities to enhance both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Support the service team during busy periods and lead by example in maintaining service excellence
- Promote hotel products and maximize revenue through strategic upselling and suggestive selling techniques
- Maintain thorough knowledge of resort facilities, menus, service offerings, and amenities
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, security, and emergency procedures

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment

- Demonstrated leadership capability and strong team development skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and cost control management
- Proficiency with POS (Point of Sale) systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Well-organized, detail-oriented approach with ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
