Role & Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive one-month immersion across all operational areas including rooms, food & beverage, finance, human resources, and sales to understand ultra-luxury property management
- Specialize in either Rooms or Food & Beverage division and progressively assume increased responsibilities within the chosen department
- Lead and execute assigned projects while refining business acumen and developing leadership capabilities
- Work within diverse, multinational teams to understand guest experience delivery and operational excellence at luxury hospitality standards
- Participate in structured training modules including on-the-job training, classroom instruction, and accredited online courses through Cornell University partnership
- Engage with mentorship from senior leaders and experts within the Aman Group organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality, hotel management, or related field, obtained within the last two years
- Minimum one year of work or internship experience in hospitality, with luxury hospitality experience preferred
- Verbal and written fluency in English; additional languages advantageous
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong emotional intelligence and cross-cultural interpersonal skills
- Adaptability to unique and remote destination locations
