Aman Management Trainee – Ignite Program
Aman New York seeks recent graduates for the 18-month Ignite Management Development Program in New York City. Fast-track leadership training with promotion to Assistant Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Gain comprehensive exposure to global ultra-luxury hospitality operations across multiple departments
- Participate in a one-month immersion period covering operations, finance, HR, and sales
- Specialize in a chosen division (Rooms or Food & Beverage) and progressively assume increased responsibilities
- Lead exciting projects while refining business acumen and management capabilities
- Complete a personalized Individual Development Plan including on-the-job training and accredited online courses in partnership with Cornell University
- Work under the mentorship of dedicated inspirational leaders and subject-matter experts
- Learn the roles and responsibilities of operational departments while sharpening newly acquired management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality or related field attained within the last 2 years
- One year of work or internship experience in hospitality, preferably luxury
- Verbal and written proficiency in English; additional languages advantageous
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
- Genuine passion for luxury and commitment to delivering excellence
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively across diverse cultural backgrounds
- Open-minded and adaptable to unique destination locations, including remote properties
- Curious, agile, and eager to learn all aspects of hospitality
