Role & Responsibilities
- Complete a comprehensive one-month immersion across all operational departments including rooms, food & beverage, finance, human resources, and sales to gain broad ultra-luxury property expertise
- Select and specialize in either Rooms or Food & Beverage division, progressively assuming greater operational responsibilities and project leadership
- Partner with a dedicated senior mentor and industry expert to accelerate professional development and business acumen
- Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives that enhance guest experience and community impact within Aman Group properties
- Participate in on-the-job training, classroom instruction, and eLearning through accredited Cornell University partnership courses
- Develop and refine operational expertise through real-world exposure to the complexities of managing a world-class luxury destination property
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality or related field, attained within the last two years
- Minimum one year of work or internship experience in hospitality, luxury sector preferred
- Fluent verbal and written proficiency in English
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse cultural backgrounds
- Operational focus with demonstrated initiative and desire to assume responsibility
