Role & Responsibilities
- Immerse in Food & Beverage operations supporting restaurant and villa dining services from day one
- Deliver personalized, discreet, and anticipatory service while maintaining Aman's exacting presentation and mise-en-place standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Apply strong product knowledge of food and beverage offerings to enhance guest interactions
- Support diverse projects and operational initiatives while progressively assuming increased responsibilities
- Participate in daily operations across all business functions during the initial 1-month immersion phase
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field, completed within the last 2 years
- Minimum 1 year of work or internship experience in hospitality (luxury hospitality exposure highly preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Genuine passion for luxury hospitality and service excellence
- Emotional intelligence and cultural adaptability
- Detail-oriented with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of work or internship experience in hospitality settings; luxury hospitality exposure is preferred. Recent graduate or graduating within the current academic cycle.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or related field, completed within the last 2 years.
