Aman Group's 18-month IGNITE program is an immersive leadership development initiative designed to cultivate future managers for the luxury hospitality sector. Participants begin with a comprehensive one-month rotation across operations, finance, HR, and sales before specializing in Food & Beverage operations. The program combines hands-on hotel management experience with structured education, including accredited courses through Cornell University, personalized mentorship from senior leaders, and progressive responsibility on strategic projects. Successful completion culminates in promotion to Assistant Manager within the ultra-luxury Aman portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured one-month immersion across all hotel departments including operations, finance, HR, and sales
- Specialize in Food & Beverage operations, progressively assuming increased management responsibilities
- Lead assigned projects that develop business acumen and operational expertise
- Complete personalized Individual Development Plan combining on-the-job training, classroom instruction, eLearning, and Cornell University accredited courses
- Work under the mentorship of designated senior leaders and department experts
- Contribute to guest experience excellence and community engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality, hotel management, culinary arts, or related field obtained within the last two years
- Minimum one year of work or internship experience in hospitality or luxury hospitality setting
- Verbal and written proficiency in English; additional languages advantageous
- Legal eligibility to work in Thailand
