Role & Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks including painting, minor repairs, and nightly inspections of mechanical systems
- Conduct routine inspections and repairs of public pools, indoor/outdoor lighting, and HVAC systems per department schedule
- Respond promptly to guest and room maintenance requests, addressing issues in a timely and effective manner
- Execute facility upkeep including snow removal, garbage pickup, and grounds maintenance
- Maintain detailed records and logs of daily tasks and projects assigned by the Director of Engineering
- Assist with furniture setup for events and special functions
- Manage tools, supplies, and equipment responsibly, ensuring proper accountability and maintenance
- Project professionalism through adherence to uniform standards, grooming policies, and consistent positive guest interaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in maintenance-related field, preferably in hospitality or luxury resort settings
- Clean driving and criminal records required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform sustained physical tasks including lifting, bending, and repetitive movement
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
