Role & Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks including painting, minor repairs, and nightly inspections of mechanical systems
• Conduct routine inspections and repairs of public pools, indoor/outdoor lighting, and HVAC systems per department schedule
• Respond promptly to guest and room maintenance requests, addressing issues in a timely and effective manner
• Execute facility upkeep including snow removal, garbage pickup, and grounds maintenance
• Maintain detailed records and logs of daily tasks and projects assigned by the Director of Engineering
• Assist with furniture setup for events and special functions
• Manage tools, supplies, and equipment responsibly, ensuring proper accountability and maintenance
• Project professionalism through adherence to uniform standards, grooming policies, and consistent positive guest interaction

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in maintenance-related field, preferably in hospitality or luxury resort settings
• Clean driving and criminal records required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform sustained physical tasks including lifting, bending, and repetitive movement
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work effectively across multiple departments and with diverse colleagues
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting established standards
• Professional demeanor aligned with the elevated standards of Aman resorts

Experience

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in maintenance-related field, preferably in hospitality or luxury resort settings. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple priorities, and work with minimal supervision in dynamic environments.
