Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily laundry activities, ensuring timely and high-quality laundering of linens, guest items, and colleague uniforms
- Maintain and monitor inventory levels of linen, laundry supplies, and chemicals, ensuring timely reordering as needed
- Ensure all machinery is operated safely and effectively; report and follow up on any maintenance issues
- Train, guide, and evaluate laundry team members to maintain high performance and adherence to hotel standards
- Implement and enforce hygiene and safety protocols, including compliance with local health regulations
- Manage guest laundry services, including special requests and express service, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Conduct regular quality checks on cleaned items for stains, damage, and overall cleanliness
