Role & Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment, ensuring proper use of cleaning chemicals and adherence to sanitation protocols
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including floors, walls, coolers, freezers, and storage rooms
- Receive, organize, and store food and cleaning supplies upon delivery, ensuring proper labeling and rotation
- Ensure kitchen and restaurant teams are equipped with requisite service ware and equipment daily
- Maintain cafeteria cleanliness and stocking for colleague meals throughout shifts
- Label, date, and organize all items appropriately at shift conclusion, adhering to storage standards
