The IT Manager oversees all computer systems, data and voice communication infrastructure at Aman Rosa Alpina, a luxury five-star mountain resort in the UNESCO-protected Dolomites. This role requires close collaboration with the corporate technology team to implement enterprise-wide systems while ensuring 24/7 operational continuity and exceptional guest experiences in an ultra-luxury hospitality environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with all departments and corporate technology teams
- Adhere to corporate IT protocols and deliver timely performance reports
- Ensure continuous availability of all critical systems across 24-hour operations
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) with IT service providers and software suppliers
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to hotel guests and staff
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate colleagues on IT systems and tools
- Oversee day-to-day IT support requests and resolve issues within defined timeframes
Qualifications
- IT degree or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience providing technical support and managing networked computing environments
- Previous hotel or hospitality industry experience required
- Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
