Aman seeks a Housekeeping Attendant to maintain guest accommodations and public areas to luxury standards at Aman Academy in Phuket. The full-time role includes room servicing, guest laundry, inventory support, and responding to guest needs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and villas in accordance with Aman standards.
- Prepare arrival, stayover, and departure rooms with meticulous attention to detail.
- Replenish guest amenities, linens, towels, and minibar items as required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of corridors, service areas, and housekeeping pantries.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and special requirements.
- Handle guest laundry, pressing, and linen care in line with established procedures.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and safety concerns in a timely manner.
- Follow lost and found procedures, ensuring accurate documentation and safeguarding guest belongings.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and linen distribution.
- Participate in daily briefings and uphold Aman safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent qualification.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining luxury standards.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional, positive, and guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Physically capable of performing housekeeping duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
