Role & Responsibilities
- Clean, prepare, and maintain casitas and villas in accordance with established hotel standards and protocols
- Ensure impeccable presentation of every space, including floors, furnishings, glass surfaces, bathrooms, terraces, balconies, textiles, and amenities
- Execute check-in, turndown, VIP arrival, and long-stay guest setups, personalizing each preparation according to protocols and individual guest preferences
- Visually inspect each casita or villa prior to guest release, verifying lighting, temperature, scent, order, cleanliness, and overall spatial harmony
- Provide discreet and personalized guest service, responding promptly to special requests and needs
- Protect guest privacy, confidentiality, and belongings at all times, exercising absolute discretion
- Maintain cleaning equipment, service carts, and housekeeping closets in optimal condition, ensuring proper availability and replenishment of amenities and supplies
- Coordinate with Supervisors, Laundry, Public Areas, and other departments to ensure operational timelines and quality standards for stayovers, check-outs, and deep cleaning
- Promptly report maintenance issues, damages, shortages, and lost or forgotten items using established systems and Lost & Found protocols

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a similar role, preferably in ultra-luxury hospitality
- Strong command of fine, meticulous, and specialized cleaning techniques
- Knowledge of the proper care and handling of luxury materials including marble, linen, wood, stainless steel, glass, leather, and natural textiles
- Basic proficiency with hotel operating systems such as Opera, HotSOS, ALICE, or HMS
- Knowledge of biosafety standards, MSDS, and safe handling of chemical products
- Exceptional ability to identify and care for subtle details that elevate the guest experience
- Absolute respect for guest privacy, belongings, and personal spaces
- Strong organizational skills, efficiency, autonomy, and results-oriented mindset
