Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest room cleaning services ensuring all rooms meet Aman standards and provide a comfortable, relaxing experience
- Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms and surrounding public areas to the highest level of cleanliness and presentation
- Greet guests warmly, respond to requests promptly, and provide courteous and professional service at all times
- Build positive guest relationships and effectively handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints related to rooms and hotel services
- Follow Lost and Found procedures and report any items left behind in accordance with company policy
- Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and health and safety concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor
- Maintain high standards of quality, attention to detail, professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct
- Support housekeeping operations during peak periods and ensure all assigned areas remain clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, demonstrating flexibility, multitasking ability, and composure under pressure
- Contribute to a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere by ensuring housekeeping services are delivered efficiently and in line with departmental standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping within a hotel or hospitality environment
- Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and housekeeping standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in housekeeping within a hotel or hospitality environment is advantageous; however, comprehensive training will be provided to develop professional housekeeping competencies and Aman service philosophy.
Education
Basic literacy and numeracy skills required; completion of secondary education preferred.
