Role & Responsibilities
- Clean guest suites daily, including occupied, arrival, and departure rooms
- Maintain pristine condition of corridors, housekeeping pantries, and janitor closets
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- Manage minibar operations within guest suites
- Handle guest laundry and property linens, including ironing
- Report any missing or damaged items and log lost and found appropriately
- Support inventory and restocking of linens and guest supplies
