Amangiri seeks a meticulous Housekeeping Attendant to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards across guest suites and resort spaces at this ultra-luxury desert sanctuary spanning 900 acres on the Colorado Plateau. The role encompasses daily suite cleaning, minibar management, guest laundry operations, and responsive service delivery in support of Aman's distinctive hospitality standard.
Role & Responsibilities
- Clean guest suites daily, including occupied, arrival, and departure rooms
- Maintain pristine condition of corridors, housekeeping pantries, and janitor closets
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- Manage minibar operations within guest suites
- Handle guest laundry and property linens, including ironing
- Report any missing or damaged items and log lost and found appropriately
- Support inventory and restocking of linens and guest supplies
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in assigned areas
- Attend daily housekeeping briefings and follow task assignments
- Comply with Amangiri policies and grooming standards
Qualifications
- Oral proficiency in English language
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
