Aman Nai Lert Bangkok: Restaurant Server role delivering luxury dining service across premium outlets in central Bangkok.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide quality food and beverage service to all guests while maintaining Aman's exacting satisfaction standards
- Assist in serving food and beverage items to guests, especially large groups
- Ensure condiments, napkins, cutlery, and other dining supplies are consistently available
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of dining areas, tables, chairs, and surfaces with proper sanitization
- Set and arrange crockery, cutlery, and glassware to precise standards
- Gauge guest requirements and communicate preferences to servers and kitchen staff
- Follow up on orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages
- Refill water glasses and proactively take additional orders for drinks and starters
- Rotate shifts across multiple outlets including 1872, Arva, and the 9th Floor to ensure adequate staffing
- Present menus and advise guests on selections tailored to their preferences
- Clear tables promptly of soiled dishes following guest departure
- Present bills at the conclusion of dining and process payment transactions accurately
- Handle all guest complaints and inquiries with courtesy and efficiency, resolving issues to satisfaction
- Adhere strictly to fire safety, hygiene, health, and safety protocols as outlined in the employee handbook and hotel policies
- Maintain exemplary personal presentation and grooming standards at all times
- Protect the Aman brand through consistent delivery of luxury hospitality and cultural representation
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a restaurant server or in a similar hospitality service role
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service protocols and etiquette
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage discerning guests
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple tables simultaneously
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to precision in order execution
- Composure and professionalism when handling difficult or disgruntled guests
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in food service environments
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in full-service restaurant or upscale hospitality establishments is required. Experience in luxury hotel or ultra-luxury resort settings is highly advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional hospitality or culinary training is beneficial.
