Aman Group seeks Global Head of Health & Wellness Development in Dubai. Lead luxury wellness strategy across global portfolio, reporting to CEO.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and lead the brand's wellness vision, strategy, and program in collaboration with Brand and Marketing teams
- Oversee all wellness development projects, including new openings and renovations across the global portfolio
- Develop concepts, project plans, and financial projections for wellness initiatives
- Identify opportunities to enhance financial performance and revenue optimization across the wellness portfolio
- Coordinate design and layout development with architects, designers, and technical teams
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, property owners, and external partners throughout project lifecycles
- Create and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines for wellness design and technical standards
- Select and specify equipment, and develop comprehensive planning for new and refurbished projects
- Monitor project execution and support pre-opening setup activities to ensure brand compliance
- Drive wellness business growth while maintaining awareness of global industry trends and cultivating strong stakeholder relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience within luxury spa and wellness, ideally in an international or global capacity
- Proven hands-on operational experience within spa and wellness environments
- Prior experience within the luxury hospitality sector is essential
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset with demonstrated ability to lead and deliver key initiatives end-to-end
- Fluency in English with strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities

Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience within luxury spa and wellness, with substantive international or global exposure. Hands-on operational background within spa and wellness settings is required, along with proven experience within the luxury hospitality sector. Track record of leading strategic initiatives from conception through successful execution is essential.
