Role & Responsibilities

• Complete a one-month immersion across operations, finance, human resources and sales.
• Specialize in Rooms or Food and Beverage, progressively taking on increased responsibilities and refining expertise.
• Lead projects and develop business acumen.
• Participate in hotel operations from the start of the program.
• Complete an Individual Development Plan through on-the-job training, classroom instruction, eLearning and self-paced accredited online courses in partnership with Cornell University.
• Learn from a dedicated mentor.
• Upon successful completion, graduate from the program and be promoted to an Assistant Manager position.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or expected graduate.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in hospitality or a related field, attained within the last two years.
• One year of work or internship experience in hospitality; luxury experience is preferred.
• Verbal and written proficiency in English, and speaking proficiency in Chinese or Russian.
• Legal eligibility to work in the destination.
• Genuine passion for luxury and commitment to excellence.
• Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Open-mindedness and adaptability to unique destinations, including remote locations.
• Curiosity, agility and eagerness to learn about all aspects of the hospitality industry.
• Operational focus, willingness to assume responsibility and interest in an international career.
• Positive outlook in challenging situations and a sense of fun.

Skills

Experience

One year of work or internship experience in hospitality; luxury experience preferred.

Education
