Amanyangyun, located on Shanghai's vibrant fringe, seeks a Front Office Intern to support daily hotel operations and guest services. The internship is a learning-focused role providing exposure to luxury hospitality operations, service standards, and leadership principles, designed for hospitality students pursuing professional development in the ultra-luxury sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in daily front office operations including guest check-in, check-out, and telephone management
- Support reservation and administrative tasks within the front desk environment
- Deliver exceptional guest services aligned with Aman's ultra-luxury hospitality standards
- Participate in team projects and structured training sessions to develop operational competency
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Hotel Management or related hospitality program
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
- Legally eligible to work in China without visa sponsorship
- Ability to commit a minimum of five months full-time to the internship
