The Front Office Intern role at Amanpuri provides transformative practical experience in luxury hospitality operations. Interns will assist with check-in and check-out procedures, guest inquiries, reservations, and transportation arrangements while learning Aman's distinctive service standards. Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Front Office team with day-to-day operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries
- Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded
- Support the handling of guest requests, reservations, and transportation arrangements
- Maintain accurate guest information and ensure seamless communication across departments
- Learn and apply Aman's service standards in all interactions with guests and colleagues
- Assist with administrative tasks related to front office operations
- Observe and participate in problem-solving and service recovery when needed
- Shadow experienced colleagues to understand the importance of guest engagement and creating memorable experiences
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Tourism, or related program
- Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting
