Aman Nai Lert Bangkok hiring full-time Restaurant Server. Deliver exceptional dining service across multiple luxury outlets in Thailand's first urban Aman.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in serving food and beverage items to guests, with particular attention to large group service
- Ensure proper placement of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and table settings in accordance with Aman standards
- Maintain meticulous cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and all surfaces
- Ascertain adequate availability of condiments, napkins, cutlery, and other service supplies within the dining room
- Interact professionally with guests to gauge their requirements and communicate needs to servers and culinary staff
- Present menus to guests and assist them in making informed selections based on personal preferences
- Refill water glasses and attend to guest requests for beverages and starters
- Follow up on guest orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverage items
- Clear tables of soiled dishes promptly and professionally following meal completion
- Present final checks to guests and ensure accurate processing of payment and receipts
- Rotate shifts across multiple outlets (1872, Arva, and 9th Floor venues) to maintain staffing levels and service consistency
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries with courtesy and efficiency, ensuring satisfactory resolution
- Maintain exceptional personal presentation and grooming standards reflecting the Aman brand
- Adhere strictly to fire safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations and hotel policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality food and beverage service
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality guest service in a luxury setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and delivery
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment
- Capacity to maintain composure and professionalism when serving diverse guest demographics
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1-2 years of restaurant or luxury hospitality food and beverage service experience preferred, though promising candidates with strong customer service backgrounds will be considered.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; hospitality or food service training is advantageous but not required.
