Aman Group seeks F&B Outlet Manager for luxury Amanpulo resort, Palawan. Lead team, manage operations, ensure profitability in ultra-luxury setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assume full responsibility for overall operation of assigned food and beverage outlet, including supervision of all team members, facilities, sales, costs, and departmental profit
- Coordinate and supervise all aspects of food and beverage operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance with luxury hospitality standards
- Analyze operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement in cost control, sales growth, efficiency, merchandising, work processes, and sanitation standards
- Provide functional guidance and strategic direction to food and beverage supervisors on all operational and service-related matters
- Collaborate with purchasing to ensure all food and beverage acquisitions meet specification, quality, and sustainability standards
- Maintain comprehensive standard recipe documentation with detailed cost breakdowns and preparation protocols for all menu and specialty items
- Conduct daily inspections of food and beverage facilities, including restaurants, kitchens, storerooms, and operational areas to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Schedule and coordinate comprehensive training and cross-training programs in partnership with Human Resources to develop team capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in food and beverage operations within luxury or high-end hospitality
- Proven track record in a management or supervisory role overseeing food and beverage operations
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, sales metrics, and cost control principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to identify operational inefficiencies
- Demonstrated effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and work simplification techniques
- Comprehensive familiarity with sanitation, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure while managing multiple operational priorities
