Amanyangyun, an ultra-luxury resort set across 140 hectares on Shanghai's fringe, seeks interns to support food and beverage operations across its three signature restaurants, tea house, and Aman Spa. This learning-focused internship provides comprehensive exposure to luxury hospitality operations, service standards, and leadership practices under direct supervision. Interns will assist daily F&B operations, support administrative and customer relations tasks, and participate in training sessions within an immersive employee culture environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in daily food and beverage operations across multiple dining venues (restaurants, tea house, bar, banqueting)
- Support administrative tasks and customer relations functions
- Participate in team projects and structured training sessions
- Observe and learn luxury service protocols and operational procedures under mentor guidance
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in Hotel Management or related hospitality program
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
- Legally eligible to work in China without visa sponsorship
- Commitment to at least five months of full-time internship beginning after 1 January 2027
Skills
Experience
No prior hospitality experience required; current enrollment in a hospitality or hotel management programme demonstrates foundational knowledge and commitment to the sector.
Education
Current enrollment in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or related tertiary programme.
Workplace
