Amanpuri in Phuket, Thailand seeks a Food & Beverage Intern for immersive luxury hospitality training across multiple F&B outlets from November 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in daily F&B outlet operations including restaurants, lounges, bars, and in-villa dining services
- Support pre-service preparation including table setup, mise en place, and outlet readiness
- Greet and engage guests professionally whilst maintaining Aman's hospitality standards
- Execute guest orders accurately under direct supervision and deliver service with attention to detail
- Learn and practice Aman's proprietary service standards, procedures, and protocols
- Support banquet and special event operations as required
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and stock rotation within assigned outlet areas
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Rotate across multiple outlets to develop holistic F&B operational knowledge
- Participate in team briefings and receive mentorship from senior F&B professionals
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed tertiary studies in Hospitality, Tourism, or closely related field
- Demonstrated passion for service excellence and sustainable career commitment to hospitality
- Proficiency in English language communication
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn luxury hospitality protocols
Skills
Experience
Internship candidates should possess foundational understanding of hospitality service environments, though prior F&B experience is not required. Demonstrated reliability, enthusiasm for learning, and ability to thrive in dynamic, service-oriented settings are essential.
