Amangiri Resort seeks Food and Beverage Intern for 12-month immersive luxury hospitality programme in Canyon Point, Utah. J-1 visa eligible.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Food and Beverage team in delivering food and beverage service to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Learn and execute setup and breakdown procedures for service areas according to Aman standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across all front and back-of-house areas
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of menus, including allergens and individual guest preferences
- Assist with polishing, restocking, and managing silverware, glassware, and linens
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Monitor and support service timing and the flow of guest interactions
- Participate actively in pre-service briefings and daily team meetings
- Engage in cross-cultural exchange and absorb hospitality best practices
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Hospitality or Culinary Arts programme
- Eligible for J-1 Internship or Trainee Visa sponsorship for the United States
- Strong interest in luxury hospitality and elevated guest service
- Professional appearance and punctuality
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to continuous learning
- Ability to adapt to new environments and collaborate effectively within a team
