Food & Beverage Intern position at Aman Nai Lert, Bangkok's first urban Aman hotel and residences set within the historic Nai Lert Park sanctuary. The role encompasses dining service operations including table setup and clearing, guest greeting, order taking, and support during high-volume service periods and events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables in the dining area
- Greet guests and provide menu recommendations
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
- Support the team during events, banquets, and busy service periods
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Learn and follow safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service preferred
- Team player with a willingness to learn
