Aman Venice is seeking a Food and Beverage Host Trainee to support the restaurant team during breakfast, lunch and service, with a focus on guest reception and experience. The role starts in February 2027 and is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests entering the dining area.
- Welcome guests in accordance with resort standards and escort them to their tables.
- Assist the Food and Beverage leadership team in ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.
- Meet and exceed guest expectations by projecting a positive hotel image through appropriate grooming and verbal communication, and by taking responsibility for guest needs.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of special events and functions.
- Support the team in managing email communications.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Good communication skills and fluency in English.
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards.
- Experience with Micros is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of dining room and kitchen procedures is helpful.
