The Food and Beverage Attendant delivers professional, personalized food and beverage service at Amanoi, preparing the restaurant and service stations, serving guests, and supporting efficient operations to luxury hospitality standards. The role is full-time and requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the restaurant, service stations, and equipment for daily operations.
- Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service.
- Accurately and efficiently take and serve food and beverage orders.
- Maintain strong knowledge of menus, beverages, daily specials, and hotel facilities.
- Provide recommendations and use upselling and suggestive-selling techniques.
- Anticipate and promptly respond to guest needs and requests.
- Build positive guest relationships and personalize service whenever possible.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints appropriately, reporting them to the Supervisor or Manager when required.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and service standards throughout the operation.
- Support the team in ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Qualifications
- Previous food and beverage service experience is preferred, ideally in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and service standards.
- Guest-focused, friendly, professional, and well-groomed.
- Proactive, attentive to detail, and a good team player.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
