Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up the restaurant, service stations, equipment, and utensils according to established operational standards, ensuring cleanliness and readiness before, during, and after each service period
- Maintain the assigned service section, perform daily preparation and cleaning duties, and ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, ingredients, preparation methods, daily specials, product availability, and service standards to provide accurate information and personalized recommendations
- Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally, address guests by name whenever possible, anticipate their preferences, and establish positive relationships to create memorable dining experiences
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, deliver timely and attentive service, and ensure that guests' needs and reasonable requests are fulfilled promptly and professionally
- Promote food, beverage, and resort products and services through appropriate recommendations, suggestive selling, upselling, and cross-selling while maintaining a thorough understanding of all resort facilities and offerings
- Proactively monitor guest satisfaction, respond promptly to feedback and complaints within assigned authority, take appropriate corrective action, and escalate unresolved matters to the Supervisor or Manager on duty
- Maintain the highest standards of personal grooming, professionalism, teamwork, hygiene, and service excellence while consistently following Amanoi's operational procedures and service standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with a qualification in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Service
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine-dining restaurant
- Good understanding of food and beverage service procedures, restaurant operations, hygiene standards, and basic food safety requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Passion for hospitality, strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service
- Strong teamwork skills, adaptability, and the ability to work efficiently in a multicultural environment

Experience
Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine-dining restaurant is advantageous; however, strong foundational knowledge of food and beverage service operations and a demonstrated commitment to hospitality excellence are essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; qualification in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Service preferred.
