Amangiri, Utah seeks Experience Advisor to coordinate luxury resort activities, spa, and dining for ultra-affluent guests across its Colorado Plateau sanctuary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Actively engage in sales and booking of guest activities, spa services, dining options, and special occasion requests
- Communicate with guests via phone, email, and in-person to build personalized itineraries for future arrivals and in-house guests
- Confirm and reconfirm all events for the following day, coordinating with transportation, spa, and food and beverage teams
- Maximize guest satisfaction while meeting financial and budget targets for activity revenue
- Identify upselling opportunities and increase activity revenue by recommending complementary services and experiences
- Collaborate with Reservations, Guest Services, Food and Beverage, and Front Office to ensure coordinated communication and execution
- Take full ownership of guest interactions and follow up throughout stays to ensure all requests are fulfilled to perfection
- Build rapport with guests through consistent engagement and attentiveness during their residence
- Provide feedback and suggest improvements to activities and programs in collaboration with the Guest Services Manager
- Propose and implement new services and experiences to ensure diverse offerings catering to guests of all ages and physical abilities
Qualifications
- Proven success in coordinating and managing guest activities and events
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail with ability to execute guest requests with precision
- Clean driving record
- Physical capability to carry, push, and pull up to 45 lbs. and work in varied climates including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow
- Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury hospitality standards
Skills
Experience
Demonstrated experience in guest-facing hospitality roles, particularly in activity coordination, guest services, or concierge functions within luxury or upscale resort environments. Prior background in managing multiple concurrent guest requests and building lasting client relationships is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or related certification preferred but not required.
