Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily resort operations and ensure smooth service delivery throughout assigned shifts.
• Serve as Manager on Duty, providing leadership and support across guest-facing departments.
• Engage personally with VIP guests, travel advisors, and key stakeholders to deliver a highly personalized experience.
• Handle guest concerns, service recovery, and operational challenges with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Ensure adherence to Aman’s luxury service standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain close communication and collaboration across departments to resolve operational matters efficiently.
• Safeguard guest privacy, comfort, safety, and overall satisfaction.
• Make timely decisions and take appropriate action when immediate operational attention is required.
• Lead by example and foster a culture of genuine hospitality, teamwork, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar operational leadership role within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and personalized guest service.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and composed in high-pressure situations.
